FalbanCS
Custom hardware, 3D design, and automation solutions crafted with raw precision in isolation.
From living biotopes to autonomous systems.
Everything began with the bio-active paludarium project—a closed, living ecosystem demanding deterministic micro-climate control, custom sensor integration, and reliable mechanical hardware.
FalbanCS was born directly out of that build. Solving the engineering hurdles of a high-humidity automated enclosure—from CAD-designed filtration and custom mounting brackets to bare-metal microcontroller firmware—made it obvious that these disciplines extend far beyond a single project. Modern hardware shouldn’t be locked inside opaque, disposable boxes.
Building each module from first principles sparked a broader ecosystem of mechatronics, custom PCB architecture, and local-first automation pipelines. This site serves as a live telemetry archive of those engineering artifacts—crafted in quiet isolation, iterated with precision, and deployed to run continuously.
Three Pillars of Fabrication
Bridging the divide between digital code and physical torque through additive polymer synthesis, embedded silicon, and deterministic control.
Additive Manufacturing & Parametric CAD
Functional mechanical enclosures, compliant mechanisms, and high-load structural parts printed in carbon-fiber PEEK, PA12 nylon, and engineering SLA resins.
Custom Hardware & PCB Design
Bespoke schematics and multi-layer PCBs engineered around ESP32-S3, STM32, and nRF52 silicon. Optimized for ultra-low sleep current, RF integrity, and harsh field conditions.
Autonomous Control & Telemetry
Off-grid LoRaWAN sensor meshes, industrial RS485/CANbus motion rigs, and local-first automation pipelines that operate without cloud dependencies.
